Our window cleaning packages include inside & outside windows, tracks & screens, window sills, ceiling fans, and bathroom mirrors — a full home clean & shine, priced by home size.

Pressure Washing, House Washing, Roof Soft Washing & Paver Sealing

These are priced on-site or from photos because the real cost drivers vary property to property:

  • Total square footage of the area being cleaned
  • Current condition — light dust vs. years of algae buildup
  • Surface material — concrete, pavers, stucco, or tile each respond differently
  • Number of services bundled into one visit
  • No travel or cancellation fee
  • Free, no-obligation estimates, always in writing

Do you offer discounts for booking multiple services?

Yes — save 10% when you choose 3 or more services in the same visit, for example windows, driveway, and roof soft washing together.

Is there a travel fee or cancellation fee?

No. We don't charge travel fees or cancellation fees.

Can you give me a price over the phone without seeing the property?

For window cleaning, yes — pricing is based on home size (1, 2, or 3-story) and shown on our price list. For pressure washing, house washing, roof soft washing, and paver sealing, we price on-site or from photos since square footage and condition vary too much for a phone quote.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled service day?

We keep an eye on the forecast and will reach out to reschedule at no extra cost if weather isn't cooperating, so there's no need to worry about locking in an exact day.

Do I need to move anything before you arrive?

For pressure washing and house washing, it helps to move vehicles, outdoor furniture, and delicate plants away from the work area. For window cleaning, just make sure window areas are reasonably accessible inside and out — we'll handle the rest.

Do you require a contract or long-term commitment?

No. Every service is booked individually with no pressure and no long-term commitment required.

Do you serve commercial properties, or only residential?

Both. We work with residential homeowners as well as commercial properties throughout Sarasota and Manatee County.

Can I get a written quote before work begins?

Yes — every quote is provided in writing before any work begins, so there are no surprises on your invoice.
