The Five New Cities We Serve

Each city has its own character, and we've built a page for each one covering the specifics — but here's the short version:

• Cape Coral — a city defined by its canals, seawalls, and well-fed irrigation systems, which means rust and iron staining on driveways and pool decks is a regular fight.
• Fort Myers — from riverside neighborhoods near the Caloosahatchee to newer communities east of I-75.
• Naples — gated communities and luxury properties that expect a careful, HOA-friendly approach.
• Marco Island — a barrier island of canal-front homes, beachfront condos, and vacation properties whose owners aren't always around to check on them.

Why We're Expanding Now

We've written before about turning down shortcuts to grow honestly instead of faking our way there. Southwest Florida is the next step in that same approach: real word of mouth, consistent quality, and enough demand from homeowners in these areas to justify doing it right rather than rushing it. We're not interested in being everywhere at once — we're interested in being good everywhere we are.

Nothing different from what Sarasota and Manatee County homeowners already get: window cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, roof soft washing, paver cleaning and sealing, and lanai and pool cage cleaning — plus the same Window Care Plans and Home Care Plans for homeowners who'd rather not think about scheduling at all.
