Our Services

Cleansy provides exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, pressure washing, house/soft washing, roof soft washing, gutter cleaning, paver cleaning & sealing, and lanai/pool cage cleaning to residential and commercial customers in Sarasota County, Manatee County, and surrounding areas of Florida.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes requested through this Site or by phone/text are estimates only and not a guaranteed final price. Actual costs may vary based on property size, condition, and scope once assessed. Any pricing changes will be communicated to you and require your approval before work proceeds. Once you accept a quote, the specific terms of that job are governed by the signed Estimate/Service Agreement provided at that time, which takes precedence over these general Terms of Service for the work performed.

Scheduling & Property Access

Appointment times represent an arrival window, not a guaranteed start time. We will notify you when we’re on our way. By scheduling a service, you authorize Cleansy to access your property as needed to perform the requested work, which may include a visit before service to assess the job and a visit after to confirm completion. Multiple visits may occasionally be required.

Changes to Scope

Any changes to the scope, quantities, schedule, or services from what was originally quoted must be approved by you before proceeding, and may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated on your invoice, payment is due upon completion of work. Invoices not paid by the due date may accrue interest until paid in full, consistent with the terms provided on your invoice or Service Agreement.

Communications & Text Messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number when requesting a quote or scheduling service, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Cleansy related to your service, including appointment reminders and transactional updates. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Marketing Authorization

By working with Cleansy, you agree that we may use photos, videos, reviews, descriptions, or quotes related to your property or project for marketing purposes (such as our website, social media, or advertising), unless you tell us otherwise in writing.
