How a Cleansy window cleaning works

Before we arrive

You get reminder texts 5 days before and the day before your appointment, and another text when we're on our way. We keep a 30-minute grace window on the agreed time, so there's no waiting around inside a vague all-day or four-hour window. If we can't make it, we text you and offer to reschedule or keep your slot.

While we work

Exterior glass gets a pre-rinse when it needs one, then a careful wash and squeegee. Second-story and other high exterior windows are cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole, and tall interior windows are reached with a properly set extension ladder. Tracks, sills, and screens are detailed as part of the job. Inside your home we wear shoe covers, and we move furniture, inside and out, and put it back.

When we finish

Interior ceiling fans and bathroom mirrors are done on every in-and-out cleaning unless you'd rather skip them. We wipe up water drops and leave everything as we found it. If something slipped past our double check, call us within a week and we'll come back and fix it.
