About your home
Use the square footage listed for your address on Zillow. It’s the same number we use when we quote.
Count your windows
Count each one, inside the house or out, whichever is easier. Not sure? A typical 1-story home has 15–20 windows and a 2-story has 25–35.
Count every window only once. Panes taller or wider than 80 inches go in the “Large panes” box below, not in regular windows. Colonial windows and French doors have their own boxes too.

Black streaks are algae. They’re cosmetic at first, but they hold moisture against the roof.
Gutter cleaning
A rough number is fine. Tip: on Google Maps satellite view, right-click and choose Measure distance to trace your roofline.
If you choose “Estimate it for me,” we use the home size you enter above and show a range. A 2-story home costs more.

Pick your add-ons
Extras you can add to any job, or book on their own. Add-ons are priced separately and aren’t part of the bundle discount or Window Care Plans. Add-ons by themselves have a $100 minimum.
Window extras
About hard water and shower glass. We’ll do our best, but etched glass can’t be restored.
Pressure washing extras
. Measure one side only, the side that faces your property.
Efflorescence is a white, chalky or crusty mineral film that rises out of pavers and concrete as moisture dries. It’s best removed before sealing.
